Torrez

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I discovered my passion for radio early and got my start at just 17 years old in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. I began my career working in promotions, learning every aspect of the business before earning my first opportunity behind the microphone. Through hard work and persistence, I worked my way up to become an on-air personality.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to connect with listeners across multiple markets. In Dallas, I was heard on 106.1 KISS-FM, filling in on the afternoon and night shows while also hosting weekends. I later joined 102.1 The Edge, where I hosted middays (10 a.m.–2 p.m.) before moving to nights (7 p.m.–midnight).
My radio journey eventually took me to Oregon, where my show was broadcast throughout the state, reaching listeners in Medford, Eugene, and Portland. Along the way, I also stepped onto the stage as a stand-up comedian for several years, an experience that sharpened my storytelling, timing, and love for entertaining people.
Today, I'm thrilled to be back on the air in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and beyond, doing what I've always loved most—connecting with listeners, sharing great music, and hopefully making someone's day a little better.
When I'm not in the studio, I'm a proud homebody who enjoys spending time with my fiancée, my two stepkids, and our cat, Gizmo. I'm also an abstract expressionist artist, and painting has become one of my favorite creative outlets outside of radio.
Whether it's behind a microphone or in front of a canvas, creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do—and I'm excited to continue sharing that passion with every listener who tunes in.
